In response to the recent government advised lockdown in New Zealand, we have some business updates to share, as below.
Under Level 4 we are unable to ship orders within New Zealand, and internationally until our warehouse and dispatch centre reopens.
We continue to safely dispatch orders within Australia and the United Kingdom from our Melbourne & London warehouses. Once you have received your shipping confirmation & tracking details, your parcel should be with you in 3-5 business days.
We send parcels within New Zealand with Courier Post, in Australia with Startrack / Auspost, and to the rest of the world with DHL and DPD. In some cases where a signature is required, this has been waived, and the standard card to call process follows should no one be able to answer the door.
If you haven't received any updates within 3 business days, or you haven't received your order within 7 business days after receiving tracking details, please do get in touch with us.
Our Wellington & Auckland stores are now closed. We invite you to shop online, however we will be unable to ship orders until our warehouse and dispatch centre reopens.
We work with two manufacturers in India, both Fairtrade certified. We therefore know where and by whom each garment is made. We are in daily contact with these partners who continue to operate but at reduced capacity to enable social distancing.
Further protective measures are in place including temperature checks, night time curfews, weekend lockdowns, mask wearing and sanitisation.
We continue to offer our partners all the support we can.
