- United States orders are shipped with UPS. Canada and Rest of World orders are shipped with DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery. At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a secure, daytime delivery address for your order.
- All orders ship from our United States based warehouse. Taxes & duties are calculated at checkout for select international destinations. For information on shipping, duties and taxes for your region, please refer to the below table.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
