• All orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price and orders will not be subject to any additional charges upon delivery.
• All orders are shipped from Australia with DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery.
• At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a secure, daytime delivery address for your order.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
